Arduino Starter Kit R4 Classroom Pack
Coming Soon!Get the whole class engaged with electronics and coding, through fun and interactive projects. This bundle of 6 x Arduino Starter Kit R4 is a high-value investment in STEM education for the next generation of innovators!
Overview
The Arduino Starter Kit R4 Classroom Pack is a bundled solution containing six of Arduino’s newest Starter Kits – perfect to upgrade the STEM experience at school or lead interactive activities at your fablab or makerspace. It is ideal for any group of at least 12 people (we recommend two students per kit), from middle school / 6th grade onwards.
The Arduino Starter Kit R4 is an extensive educational solution to teach the fundamentals of electronics and coding through a hands-on approach, as well as how to use the Arduino platform – no prior experience required! At its heart is the UNO R4 WiFi board, offering great performance, built-in wireless connectivity, and compatibility with the entire Arduino ecosystem.
Inside each of the six kits in the bundle, you’ll find a printed project book with guided, hands-on projects, plus all the components needed to build 13 step-by-step tutorials.
Register for full digital resources
For each kit registered online, you’ll unlock:
• Extra projects (as well as content translated into Italian, French, Spanish, German – and more to come!)
• A voucher for the Arduino Fundamentals certification exam (six total in the Classroom Pack bundle), allowing students to prove their skills to the world.
With simple instructions, familiar components, and wireless-ready hardware, the Starter Kit R4 quickly turns ideas into real prototypes, allowing beginners to have a rewarding first experience with making technology their own.
Key benefits
- Designed for classrooms. Get clear step-by-step guidance to include everyone in their personal STEM journey.
- From beginner to certified. Once students have completed the projects in the book, they can get the recognition of an official Arduino Fundamentals certification. Each kit in the Arduino Starter Kit R4 Classroom Pack already includes one voucher to take the test.
- Ready for modern making. The UNO R4 WiFi board delivers stronger performance and built-in Wi-Fi®/Bluetooth® to build modern connected projects from day one.
- No barriers to coding. You’ll find our GenAI coding assistant right in the online editor, ready to offer suggestions, clarify concepts, and support students as they grow.
- Learn by building. Real projects guide students through sensors, motors, displays and logic – allowing them to learn by doing, and to gain confidence as they go.
- Unlock more online. Register the kits for bonus content, multilingual lessons and access to the Arduino Fundamentals certification exam.
- A growing platform. Online resources include translations in different languages and new, original projects that will be published by the Arduino team over time.
What you can build with it
Guide students to team-up, iterate, and invent together, using the Starter Kit R4 to explore how everyday objects turn digital. Whether they build an interactive lamp that responds to movement or convert a servo-motor into a robotic arm, each project teaches core skills that carry forward – so, when they’re ready, they can move on to advanced Arduino boards and bigger ideas.
