Offer Details & Conditions

• Eligible products:
  This offer applies to all Arduino Opta variants: Arduino Opta WiFi, Arduino Opta RS485, and Arduino Opta Lite.

• Purchase requirement: This promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made on the official Arduino Store (store.arduino.cc) or via Arduino’s authorized distributors.

• Voucher:
  Customers will receive one Cloud voucher per order.

• Eligibility:
  The offer is only valid for users who are not currently subscribed to a paid Arduino Cloud plan.

• Activation deadline:
  The voucher must be activated within 30 days of the Arduino Opta purchase.

• Offer validity:
  This promotion is available exclusively for Arduino Days 2025, from March 21st to March 31st.

• Voucher delivery:
  The Arduino Cloud voucher will be sent via email from Arduino or the authorized distributos from whom the Opta was purchased.

• Processing Time:
  Customers may receive the voucher on the next open business day after purchase. For any questions or assistance, please contact Arduino Support.

• Email Association: The email used for the purchase will be associated with the future Arduino Cloud plan should the customer choose to redeem the 3-month free access.

Redemption Process:

1. Find your unique voucher code in the email you received

2. Go to: https://digital-store.arduino.cc/enterprise/purchase/plan?frequency=monthly.

3. Select the Monthly Enterprise Plan

4. Keep the number of Things set to 100 (otherwise, the code won’t be valid).

5. Enter your voucher code in the coupon section at checkout.

6. Complete the process – you’ll receive a confirmation email once your Enterprise plan is active.

Important notes:

• After the 3-month free access period, if users choose to continue with the plan, they will be automatically billed monthly for the Enterprise Plan ($100/month). 

• The Enterprise Plan will soon be renamed the Team Plan. Your voucher code remains fully valid for the Team Plan once the transition happens.

Cancellation:

• Users can cancel anytime before the end of the 3-month period to avoid further charges.
